WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH YOUR RENTAL?
Dependable service is at the foundation of every great Legacy Event Center event. Our dedicated and detail-oriented venue staff guarantee the success of your special occasion by providing personalized Wedding Planning services that meet and exceed expectations. Legacy Event Center elevates any event with a variety of Wedding Planning options to perfectly complement your celebration.
The Legacy Event Center gives your wedding the ability to have of an indoor outdoor event or both. Located on 6 acres just on the outskirts of Thief River Falls, this event space in surrounded by farmland and floral landscaping which is a stunning view for an outdoor ceremony or reception.
Our indoor space has 4,800 square feet for your special day. There are 6 stunning color changing chandeliers, metallic chiavari chairs with black cushions, your choice of round or rectangular tables, head table stage, indoor PA system,12ft by 8ft projector system to best meet your needs.
The 1,080 square foot outdoor patio allows guests to enjoy the outdoors. There are three outdoor patio sets for your guest to enjoy.
Having children attend your wedding and unsure of how to keep them busy? The Legacy Event Center has an outdoor playset for children to enjoy throughout your entire event.
BRIDAL PARTY AREA
Your Wedding Party will have access to a private bridal suite for you to get ready and refresh following your ceremony.

The package prices are based on 30 guest tables. Additional fees may be applied for extra guests.

Set-up and take down of tables and chairs
Table decorations ( you are responsible for set-up and take down)

Gold package in addition to the following:
Decorations (tablecloths, runners, centerpieces, signs, etc.)
Set-up and take down of decorations
Head table pipe and drape
6 hour photo booth
All day bridal suite

Photo Booth-$200 per hour
Up lighting- $20 per light
Pallet Wall or Greenery Wall-$100 or $150 with decorations.
Pipe and Decorations- $200 or $300 with decorations
Decorations- prices vary
Linens-$5 per linen (additional $5 for ironing)
2-hour staffed rental for $100-(popcorn machine, snow cone machine, or cotton candy machine)
Additional guest tables-prices vary
