Since we were established in 2020, our goal at Legacy Event Center has been to help our clients realize their unique and personal visions for their weddings and special events. We’re in the business of creating experiences you and your guests will want to remember forever. We believe that every element of your celebration should be special, starting with the venue.

There is nothing more important for your special event than knowing that every detail is taken care of. Legacy Event Center offers all the services you need — from decorating, bar and Catering — to ensure everything goes off without a hitch. Dependable service is at the foundation of every great Legacy Event Center event. Our dedicated and detail-oriented venue staff guarantee the success of your special occasion by providing personalized Wedding Planning services that meet and exceed expectations. Legacy Event Center elevates any event with a variety of Wedding Planning options to perfectly complement your celebration.

The Legacy Event Center gives your wedding the ability to have of an indoor outdoor event or both. Located on 6 acres just on the outskirts of Thief River Falls, this event space in surrounded by farmland and floral landscaping which is a stunning view for an outdoor ceremony or reception. 

Our indoor space has 4,800 square feet for your special day. There are 6 stunning color changing chandeliers, metallic chiavari chairs with black cushions, your choice of round or rectangular tables, head table stage, indoor PA system,12ft by 8ft projector system to best meet your needs.

The 1,080 square foot outdoor patio allows guests to enjoy the outdoors. There are three outdoor patio sets for your guest to enjoy.

Having children attend your wedding and unsure of how to keep them busy? The Legacy Event Center has an outdoor playset for children to enjoy throughout your entire event. 


Your Wedding Party will have access to a private bridal suite for you to get ready and refresh following your ceremony.


The package prices are based on 30 guest tables. Additional fees will be applied for extra guest tables.

A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 is required to hold a date.

  • Bridal suites (4 hours prior to reception)

Bronze package in addition to the following:

  • outdoor or indoor wedding ceremony space

  • wedding archway

  • white ceremony chairs

  • Set up and take down of outdoor ceremony chairs

  • Outdoor speakers, mixer, and microphones

  • An event staff to play your wedding  prerecorded music

  • Bridal suite 6 hours prior to your wedding ceremony

  •  2 hour wedding rehearsal prior your wedding day


$3,500 without ceremony $4,100 with ceremony

Bronze and/or silver package in addition to the following:

  • 2 hour photo booth

  • Set-up and take down of tables and chairs

  • Table decorations ( you are responsible for set-up and take down)

  • Table linens


$5,500 without ceremony $6,000 with ceremony

Gold package in addition to the following:

  • Decorations (tablecloths, runners, centerpieces, signs, etc.)

  • Set-up and take down of decorations

  • Head table pipe and drape

  • Up lighting 

  • 6 hour photo booth

  • All day bridal suite

  • Lit dance floor


Event Price Varies

 The platinum package in addition to the following:

  • Fresh Floral Bouquets  and Boutineers

  • Centerpieces

  • 1 Floral Install


You can add these options to any package.

  • Photo Booth-$200 per hour

  • Up lighting- $20 per light

  • Pallet Wall or Greenery Wall-$100 or $150 with decorations. 

  • Pipe and Decorations- $200 or $300 with decorations

  • Decorations- prices vary

  • Linens-$7 per linen 

  • 2-hour staffed rental for $100-(popcorn machine, snow cone machine, or cotton candy machine)

  • Additional guest tables-prices vary


You can add these options to any package.

  • 2-hour bridal shower with decorations-$300

  • Safe ride service-$100 per hour

  • Additional  1/2 day for set up or take down-$300

  • Additional full day for set up or take down-$600

  • Staffed coffee bar-$5 per drink

  • Lit dance floor-$300

  • Moving the dance floor-$300
